Warm Up Routine by Train With Lynn

A proper warm up is essential to great performance and lowering risk of injury.
Follow along with Lynn as she takes you through physically and mentally getting you prepared for training. Start out movements slowly. The entire dynamic warm-up can be done in as little as five minutes or as long as 20 minutes.
Perform this routine as needed until you feel nice and ready to weight lift or pole dance!
